This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Active rentals must be completed or settled before deletion can proceed.
What Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your verified request.
Rider Profile
Your name, phone, address, and all personal details
KYC Documents
Aadhaar, PAN, and Driving Licence files stored on our servers
Rental History
Booking records, rental plans, and usage history
Payment Records
Payment requests and transaction references
Notifications
All in-app notifications and push token registrations
Emergency Contacts
All emergency contact information linked to your account
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained beyond account deletion due to legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
- Financial transaction records required by Indian tax law (up to 7 years)
- Records needed to resolve active disputes or legal claims
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you
- Information required by regulators or law enforcement orders
How to Request Deletion
Follow these steps to permanently delete your GreyOne account.
Submit Request
Send an email to usegreyonemobility@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity by confirming your registered phone number (9050540754) or sending a one-time verification code.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours acknowledging your deletion request and the expected completion date.
Data Removed
Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request.
Ready to delete your account?
Send your deletion request from your registered email address. We will process it within 30 days.
Delete via the App
You can also initiate account deletion directly from the GreyOne mobile app:
- 1Open the GreyOne app and go to your Profile tab
- 2Scroll down to the "Settings" section
- 3Tap "Delete Account"
- 4Confirm your identity with your registered phone number
- 5Confirm the deletion — your request will be submitted immediately
